Unfortunately, on account of marital discord, the spouses locked their horns attracting the cases after cases. Both the learned counsels are of the view that matter is going to be finally resolved by way of separation.

Be that as it may, it depends upon the wisdom of the parties, how to tackle with the situation. In case, parties come to the amicable settlement, then in that circumstance, learned lower Court will consider the same and pass appropriate order in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.161 of 2017(8) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 accordance with law, more particularly, considering it a case of matrimonial dispute.
