The present petition was filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated - 03.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9080 of 2011. In this case, thereafter number of show causes have been filed. Sri Sarvesh Kumar Singh, learned Additional Advocate General No. 13 submits that order of writ court has already been complied in its letter and spirit. However, by way of filing petitions petitioner is raising new grievances. I have also perused material available on record

Patna High Court MJC No.1126 of 2017(24) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 including the order passed in writ petition and after going through the same I am fully satisfied that order of writ court has already been complied. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
