The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named six persons Rajendra Sahni, Suraj Sahni, Pukar Sahni, Krishna Sahni, Satyanarayan Sahni and Bhila Sahni the petitioner and alleged that all the accused persons assaulted Dilip Sahni on his head. Rakesh Sahni also assaulted the mother of the informant on the head. It appears that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2014
