JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2021 Mr. Shardanand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner retired from the office of Block Development Officer, Mehshi, District - East Champaran, Motihari from the post of Clerk on 31.01.2017 but the post retiral dues of the petitioner has not been paid as yet. Learned counsel submits that a representation has been filed in this regard before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, which is annexed as Annexure - 1 Series to the writ petition (page no. 7) and in the interest of justice, District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.4134 of 2021(2) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 with law.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
