Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused has assaulted the uncle of the informant by means of lethal weapon and when the uncle of the informant fell

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43064 of 2021(4) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 unconscious on the ground, this petitioner assaulted him by means of brick which caused death of the victim. Informant is the eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
