ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 18.2.2015 in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against them of firing. Learned counsel further submits that so far as petitioner no.2 Kundan Yadav is concerned, there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and it is on

Considering the general and omnibus allegations against these two petitioners as being the members of the mob present at the place of the occurrence, let both the above named petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2015.
