03-10-2018 Pursuant to the last order the Deputy Development Commissioner, Samastipur is present today in court.

The court has been informed that due to change in system with regard to the disbursement of the funds, now the petitioner would be required to provide the bank account number so that the amount for which the petitioner may be entitled to shall be disbursed.

Patna High Court MJC No.465 of 2016 (4) dt.03-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would make available the account number with the particulars of the bank and the branch to enable the Deputy Development Commissioner, Samastipur to transfer the amount in question in compliance of the order of the court.

The Deputy Development Commissioner, Samastipur has made a statement before this court that he would do the needful towards the transfer of the amount within two weeks from the date of submission of the bank account with complete details of the bank and branch of the petitioners.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
