JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8,20, and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

From Muzaffarpur railway platform, from the possession of the petitioner 5.1 K.G. ganja was recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner and on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Statement has been made in paragraph-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that investigation has already concluded.

Considering the quantity of recovery, investigation

No.15031 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 being concluded and the petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Rail Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015.
