Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.275 of 2018, registered under Sections 363, 366A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The mother of the victim made allegation that her minor daughter went for evening walk but she did not return to her house. During the course of search, the informant came to know that the petitioner and others kidnapped her minor daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 06.12.2018 and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The victim disclosed her age to be 20 years. The court also assessed the age

Taking into consideration the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IXth, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.275 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
