Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.09.2014 in a case registered under Sections 406 and 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is languishing in jail custody since 10.09.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail of furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna Junction in connection with G.R.P.S.
