2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have looted a bag from the informant forcibly after assaulting him with country made pistol on his head. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of one Monu Rai.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31978 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is a member of a gang, which is involved in loot and snatching from the passenger, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
