The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The owner of the vehicle disclosed that he had asked the petitioner to park the vehicle in the parking place, situated near Yuvraj Hotel, Exhibition Road, but this petitioner took the vehicle and parked it near Quality Enclave Apartment, Kathpool Mandiri. The informant suspected that the petitioner might have committed theft of the vehicle in collusion with other accused persons. It appears that the police, during the course of investigation, has not collected any tangible evidence and, on mere suspicion, submitted chargesheet against the petitioner.
