20-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the Indian Oil Corporation. It appears that while disposing of the writ application the learned writ court has observed as follows:
"11. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant an opportunity to the
Patna High Court MJC No.2063 of 2016 (4) dt.20-08-2018 petitioners to convince the Management that their cases for regularization would be covered under paragraph 50 of Uma Devi's case. In case, any such representation is made, the same would be duly considered."
Learned counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation submits that in fact the appointments have already been made and in proof thereof one copy of the letter of appointment has been placed before this court. Let it be kept on the record.
This contempt application has become infructuous. It is dismissed, accordingly.
