This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Excise Police Station Case No. 341 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 90 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the bag loaded on the motorcycle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
