JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant's motorcycle, mobile and Rs. 200/- were robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang on the confession of the co-accused on whose confession, the robbed motorcycle was recovered from one Ashok Gupta.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor he was put on T.I. parade. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11109 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014.
