The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16(i)(a), 16(A), 18, 18(B), 20, 22 and 23 of UAP Act.

As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons entered into the house of informant and brutally assaulted her husband and father-in-law, due to which, both of them died on spot.

Petitioner has been identified by the informant on the spot itself.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that two persons died on spot coupled with the fact that petitioner has been identified by the informant, the prayer for anticipatory
