2. The appellant has challenged the order dated 28.04.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3754 of 2023, whereby the relief prayed for by the appellant for setting aside the charge-sheet and revoking the order of suspension was not allowed and, thereafter, a decision was given that the disciplinary authority will conclude the proceedings within a period of six months with a caveat that the appellant shall participate in the proceeding.

3. While this appeal was being argued, Mr.

Anjani Kumar, the learned AAG- 4 furnished a letter by an Officer of the Government addressed to the appellant asking him to co-operate in the inquiry.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that, in fact, the situation is otherwise and despite his co-operation, the inquiry is proceeding at a snail's pace without any justification on the part of the Government.

5. Finding no fault with the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we dismiss this appeal, but with

Patna High Court L.P.A No.715 of 2023 dt.30-01-2025 3/3 a direction that the proceedings be concluded as early as possible and not later than six months, to be counted from today.

6. Interlocutory application/s, if any, also stands disposed off accordingly.
