The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From boring room of the petitioner, one country made pistol was recovered when it is alleged that the said pistol was used in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act in which the petitioner is accused.
