Ms. Pushpa Sinha-I, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard Mr. Satish Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Pushpa Sinha-I, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 692 of 2019 dated 26.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and one another are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant and some other members of the family.

No.32919 of 2020(3) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that wife of one of the brothers of the petitioners had also lodged a case against the informant of the present case vide Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 693 of 2019. It has also been stated that the parties are next door neighbours and only because there was some altercation between them because of drainage of dirty water, this occurrence has taken place.

Both the sides appeared to have received injuries.

Considering the aforenoted background facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur at Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 692 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
