2. This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 65629 of 2022.

3. Trial Court report reveals that after separation of trial on 15.09.2023, till date the prosecution has not produced witness, for which, bailable warrant of arrest has also been issued. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
