Admittedly, the grievance redressal mechanism is available within the respondent-petroleum Company. As disputed questions of fact are involved, the same cannot be gone into a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13590 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 writ petition. We, thus, propose to relegate the parties to avail the remedy before the grievance redressal forum. Learned counsel for the parties have no objection. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the grievance redressal forum, which shall endeavour to decide the dispute in a time bound manner, in any case, not later than two months.

The writ petitioner stands disposed off.
