Originally, Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case no. 83/2006 was registered but after due investigation, accusation found untrue and final form was submitted but the complainant filed protest petition which was converted into complaint case and after that cognizance of the offence was taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accusation has been levelled only on account of previous enmity and moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Munna Chauhan has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 10.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.5522/2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
