The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has not put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 15. 09. 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014, G.R. No. 1369 of 2014.
