Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 504, 506, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they went to the M/S Kailashi Indane Agency and petitioner no.2 snatched four cheques of Rs.1,25,000/- of the Central Bank and there is also

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant has not come with full fact, as a matter of fact there was partnership between the petitioner no.1 and one Bidya Bhushan and the informant is the employee of Bidya Bhushan for running the gas agency and the licence is also in the name of the petitioner no.1 and other petitioners are brothers and relatives of the petitioner no.1, however, no investigation has been made in that direction by police and a copy of the agreement has been filed with this petition as Annexure-3 to the Supplementary Affidavit.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bagaha, District West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.case No.10 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid
