JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 454, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others causing injury to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioner. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.879 of 2019(3) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Panjwara P.S.
