2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.559 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the informant met the petitioner in a marriage ceremony. They exchanged their mobile numbers and started talking with each other. It is further alleged that the petitioner started pressurizing

On 03.07.2018 the informant went to Patna with the petitioner where physical relationship was established on false promise of marriage. It is further alleged that the petitioner has also taken jewellery from the informant and when the informant pressurized him for marriage, he left her at Patna railway station. After sometime, there was patch-up between the parties. The informant went to Rajgir with the petitioner and there also the petitioner has established physical relationship with her. Finally on 05.07.2019 the petitioner refused to marry and also threatened the informant of dire consequences and releasing of obscene video of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself it is clear that for the first time physical relationship with the informant was being established at Patna where she herself has gone. It has further been submitted that as per the FIR the last date of occurrence is 05.07.2019 whereas the case has been filed on 27.08.2019. It has further been submitted that it is a case of relationship and breakup thereafter between two adults. It has further been submitted that the informant has solemnized marriage and is pressurizing the petitioner for handing over cash. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner is having no

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M., Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.559 of 2019.
