The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was apprehended with one country made loaded pistol.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never been accused in similar nature of offence.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail
