JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Since both the cases have arisen out of one occurrence, they are being disposed of by this common order. Heard both sides.

The petitioners seek bail in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10093 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 The informant alleged that some unknown persons called him from mobile number 919005410010 and demanded Rs. 10 lakhs.

It is submitted that petitioner Mukesh Pandey was arrested in Kateya P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014 under different Sections of the Arms Act and, thereafter, the petitioner has been remanded in the present case. The name of the petitioner Sudhir Yadav @ Shudhir Kumar Yadav has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. Except the confessional statement there is no material against the petitioners. The petitioners have remained in jail for about nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014.
