Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.9.2014 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

Prior to institution of this case, two cases were registered against the petitioner but in both cases, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
