Taking into consideration that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and co-accused Bittu Thakur @ Bittu Kumar against whom there is allegation of giving farsa blow on the head of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 15.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no.7927/2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur District Supaul in Pratapganj P.S. Case no. 59/2013.
