The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that several times extortion demand was made through mobile.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the mobile from which call was made has been found registered in the name of Anil Rai and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13072 of 2015 (02) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014. Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
