JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 194 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the deceased causing his death. Further it appears that the case is of the year of 2013.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and the witness does not support the prosecution case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission and also considering that there is direct allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1264 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
