JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 169/14 registered for the offence under sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution report, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence under section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. She has further submitted that a false case has been instituted because of continued rivalry between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8348 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 169/14.
