2. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner vehemently argued the case for some time, but, after some arguments, he prays for withdrawal of the case in presence of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State, Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh.

3. In the present case, in-spite of valid service of notice upon opposite party No. 2, he chose not to appear before

4. However, in view of the prayer so made on the behalf of the petitioner, the instant application is allowed to be withdrawn.
