2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the e filing mode, it appears that due to inadvertence, twice the file was uploaded leading to double generation of the case number. It was submitted that in the present case also the prayer is for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/260 of 2020 dated 06.07.2020 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, which was also the prayer in Cr. Misc. No. 31824 of 2020. It was submitted that in the other case the petitioner has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32236 of 2020(2) dt.15-01-2021 2/2 granted bail today. Accordingly, it was submitted that the present case be permitted to be withdrawn.
