It is contended that petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his possession. It is further contended by him that the petitioner is in jail custody since 10.1.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi in Nanpur P.S.
