JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 3.6.2014 in relation to Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S.Case No. 100 of 2014 instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the deceased refused to share money sent by her husband from Oman with her in-laws and, accordingly, the in-laws in absence of her husband killed her and tried to conceal her body which was then further found abandoned. Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner who happens to be the younger brother-in-law of the deceased.
Let the trial be expedited.
