JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2014 in relation to Pirpainti P.S.Case No. 215 of 2008 instituted under Sections 364, 448, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the FIR itself was lodged after two months of the disappearance of the boy who happens to be a veteran criminal. It is further submitted that it is only circumstances which are being used to prosecute the petitioner, there being no other evidence.
Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Mahesh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainti P.S.Case No. 215 of 2008.
