Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.11.2013 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation but no incriminating article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor he was put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
