Mr.Anil Kumar Singh No. 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he made an attempt to ravish the informant and also threatened of dire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. For the alleged occurrence of 05.09.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 19.09.2021. The petitioner and the informant have solmonized marriage on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33500 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 16.01.2022 and the victim has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below on 22.01.2022. A copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition. In her 164 Cr.P.C statement also the victim corroborated the fact that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
