It appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as submissions coupled with case diary that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Ram Binay Yadav @ Ram Binya Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Belaganj P.S. Case no. 23/2011.
