The petitioner seeks bail in Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married to Om Prakash Upadhyay about eight years ago and she got three children. The informant made omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and killing the deceased against the husband and other in-laws.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law and no specific allegation is made against him, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9987 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2014.
