The petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that name of the petitioner came in this case during course of investigation at paragraphs-32, 34 & 35 of the case diary in which, witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner making firing on the police party but the statement of the aforesaid witnesses was recorded on 30-05-2014 i.e. near about after two months of the alleged occurrence. Moreover, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
