JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 120B and 366/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is love affair between the parties and furthermore, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim girl has not made any overt act against the petitioner. Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail on the ground that girl is minor. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within
