The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No.13 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 315, 498A, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Case is under Sections 498A, 325 and 315 of the Indian Penal Code for demand of dowry as well torture and also aborting her pregnancy..

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations are false and concocted and he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2, who has submitted that she is also ready to reside with the petitioner, if she is allowed to live with dignity and care. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.37102 of 2019(3) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender on 30.9.2019 and on that day O.P.no.2 shall also appear before the learned court below and further on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to take her, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.6.2019 shall be extended for a period of six months and during that period both the parties have to appear before the court concerned on the day of 4th of each month so that the learned court below may watch their conduct as well as their matrimonial relationship and once the court is satisfied with the conduct of both the parties especially the petitioner, he will confirm the bail granted by this Court otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper including the cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
