2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR vide Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 552 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376(3) and 312 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. It has jointly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 6 that the petitioner and respondent no. 6 have

4. Considering the submissions of the parties and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. The entire prosecution of the petitioner and the F.I.R. vide Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 552 of 2024 is hereby quashed..
