The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-b) (a), 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The police raided the house of Shankar Prasad, from where arms and ammunitions were recovered. Shankar Prasad disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2014. Shankar Prasad has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46529/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8935 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 44/2014.
