JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 279, 379, 411, 428, 429 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34 of the Bihar Cattle Preservation and Pretection Act and Section 11(1)/D/E/F/30(1) of the Animal Cruelty (Protection) Act.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police intercepted some vehicles with cattle and driver disclosed that these cattle are of the petitioners.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of statement of driver of the said vehicle. Further, they

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Patna City, in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
