JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P. S. Case No.05 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 354, 354B, 225 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to outrage the modesty of the informant by entering inside the house of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has neighbour of the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also,who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that there is allegation against the petitioner and the impugned order shows that some witnesses have also supported the prosecution case during the investigation.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I
