The petitioner, who is the younger brother of the informant / Opposite Party No. 2, seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Munger Muffasil P. S. Case No. 318 of 2018 dated 01.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the narration made in the F.I.R. itself it would appear that there is a domestic dispute and the present case is only an offshoot of such domestic dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79795 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 attention of this Court to a complaint case lodged by the father of Opposite Party No. 2 against him for fomenting dispute in the family.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation in the F.I.R. and the relationship of the petitioner with the informant, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Muffasil P. S. Case No. 318 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
